Description
A vibrant teal cotton velveteen blazer, this late 1970s ladies’ jacket can double as outerwear for spring and fall, or in a warmer climate. Vertical darts shape the blazer for a fit that is fairly close to the body at bust and waist, then flares out gently from waist to hem. Small shoulder pads create a slightly squared silhouette, above the long straight sleeves. The 2-button tailored jacket with notched lapels has 3 pockets: one left-side chest pocket and 2 large patch pockets at the hips. It is fully lined with teal nylon taffeta. The goldtone metal tulips circle pin studded with tiny rhinestones that is attached the lapel came to me with the jacket and will be included with purchase. I hand-washed the jacket with no issues, but it could also be dry-cleaned if you prefer. This disco era, late 70s velvet jacket or ladies blazer is in excellent condition, with no issues to note.
