Description

This long rectangular silk-blend scarf from the 1960s combines 2 types of navy blue polka dots on a white background, for double the fun! One half of the scarf has a widely spaced print, and the other half has tightly packed polka dots that remind me of the tiny “Ben-Day” dots used in comic book and graphic art or Pop Art of the same era. The twill weave, lightweight blend fabric feels very much like silk to the touch. The scarf has hand-rolled edges. Its rectangular shape means that it can be tied in many ways, just a few of which are seen in my photos. It will also look great folded in half and tied as a headband, or wrapped as a headscarf. This sassy polka-dotted 1960s scarf is in excellent condition.
