Description

This deadstock cotton ladies polo shirt from the 1960s is a cute and casual staple piece in a lovely shade of warm mocha brown. The three-quarter-sleeve polo style pullover top features a 3-button neckline, to open in a deep V if you choose. The small collar and button placket are made of ribbed cotton, while the body of the shirt is made of mid-weight cotton knit jersey, with a smooth hand and a bit of stretch to it. The top tapers in from bust to waist, and then out again slightly from the waist to the straight hem at the high hip. It is in excellent condition, unworn with its original hangtag. The surface of the cotton knit fabric is still a bit stiff with the original manufacturer’s fabric finish, which should soften up after its first washing. Pair this true vintage, 1960s fitted women’s polo top with everything from denim to a pencil skirt for a versatile addition to your sustainable wardrobe!
