Description
These deadstock 1960s Bermuda shorts in hot pink, sky blue, and white plaid are a classic tailored short that can be easily dressed up or down. The shorts are made of a crisp cotton and polyester blend fabric that “never needs ironing” according to the label, and is unlined. The shorts fasten at the left side seam with a metal zipper and single button. Vertical darts shape the hips in front and back, below the narrow waistband. The shorts have a relatively curvy, mid-century style shape, with a high, fitted waist, a long rise, and moderately full hips. In near excellent condition, these true vintage 1960s Bermuda shorts were unworn but have been laundered by me for freshness. The only issue to note is one teeny tiny mark nearly hidden in the left front hip dart (see close-up photo). I have shown the shorts both clipped and unclipped form the mannequin to give a better of their actual size.
