Description

A pair of late 1960s or early 70s bellbottoms, these ladies’ flared leg jeans have contrasting orange topstitching. The medium blue chambray fabric has the look of denim, in a lightweight but sturdy blend of cotton and polyester with no stretch. The jeans have western-style seaming across the thighs in front, below the 2 horizontal slit pockets at the hips. There are no back pockets. The wide legs are flared from hips to hem. The mid-rise pant fastens with a metal snap at the waistband and a metal zipper fly. In very good condition, the bellbottoms have a few loose stitches in the topstitching at the waistband. There is also a tiny bit of fraying to the edges of the flared hems at the back, from normal wear. Their lightweight fabric makes these the perfect vintage bellbottoms for spring and summer!
